Bristol Rovers Stadium Plans Recommended For Approval By South Gloucestershire Council Officers

Bristol city stadiumPlans for the construction of a new stadium on land next to the University of West England campus at Frenchay, Bristol, have been recommended for approval by the local authority.

Bristol Rovers Football Club is working with the university to deliver the Arturus Architects-designed project, which will be discussed by South Gloucestershire Council on 19 July.

The scheme is centred around a 21,700-seat stadium, with facilities also to include a 1,280sq m (13,778sq ft) gym, a 784sq m (8,439sq ft) supporters club bar and other related amenities.
