Shrewsbury Leisure And Culture Provision To Be Discussed
27th April 2011Plans for the future of leisure and culture provision in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, are to be the main topic of discussion at the first meeting of the town's Local Joint Committee (LJC).
Due to take place on 28 April after Shrewsbury Town Council's annual meeting, the LJC is to consider how best to deliver services to local residents going forward.
Shropshire Council cabinet member for partnership working Gwilym Butler said: "This is a great opportunity for residents and businesses to contribute to the debate about how we model our leisure and culture services."
